The complete process typically takes 2-3 weeks from application submission to your first client assignment. We review applications within 3-5 business days, conduct skills assessments and interviews within the following week, and complete onboarding within 5-7 days. For exceptional candidates with urgent client needs, we can expedite the process.

Work schedules vary based on client needs and your availability. We offer full-time (40+ hours/week), part-time (20-30 hours/week), and project-based arrangements. While some clients may require specific hours for real-time collaboration, many tasks can be completed flexibly within agreed deadlines.

You'll need a reliable computer (Windows or Mac), high-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps), headset with microphone for calls, and a quiet workspace. Software requirements vary by service area but typically include communication tools, project management platforms, and service-specific applications. We provide guidance on recommended tools and some clients may provide software licenses.

We offer competitive hourly rates based on your experience and service area, with payments processed bi-weekly via Bank Transfer/Gcash. You'll track your hours using our time management system, and invoices are submitted at the end of each pay period. Payment is typically received within 5-7 business days after invoice approval.

New team members receive comprehensive onboarding including system training, client communication best practices, and service-specific guidance. You'll have access to ongoing professional development resources, monthly training sessions, and a dedicated support team. We also provide mentorship opportunities, peer collaboration channels, and regular check-ins to ensure your continued success and growth.
